Dr. Villa (Bel) Guillory is a board-certified Prosthodontist. She received her certificates in Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Prosthetics from the US Air Force, her Master of Science in Prosthodontics from the University of Texas (UT) Health Sciences Center Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UT Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. Dr. Guillory retired from the military with over 29 years of service in 2019 and among other assignments, has been a Dental Laboratory Flight Commander and Prosthodontist in the United States Air Force and a Maxillofacial Prosthodontist at Dell Seton Hospital in Austin.
Dr. Guillory is a fellow in the American College of Prosthodontists, a fellow in the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, and a member of the American Dental Association.
Over 28 years of Department of Defense acquisition experience, former DHA – Defense Health Agency, Deputy Director, Office of Small Business Programs, and an experienced Senior Health Information Technology Contracting Officer with a demonstrated history of working in both the DoD and private sector. Skilled in acquisition, contract execution, contract management, health information technology contracting, professional small business development, strategic planning, procurement analysis, and foreign military sales (FMLS) program management with a proven track record of success in the DoD. Also skilled in municipal and commercial sector contracting in energy transmission and power generation as well as emergency medicine contracting. Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Previously served as the (DHA) Defense Health Agency, Deputy Director Office of Small Business Programs and DHA Health Information Technology Supervisory Contracting Officer.
